From our foundations in operations and maintenance, we have developed into a diversified organization with strong capabilities across construction, refurbishment, operations, maintenance and facilities management.

Throughout that journey, one principle has remained constant: sustainable growth must be supported by strong people, disciplined execution and an organization capable of delivering consistently. Our clients operate in demanding environments where reliability, safety, quality and continuity are essential.

They expect more than technical capability. They expect a partner who understands their priorities, communicates openly, responds when challenges arise and remains accountable for the outcome. Building and protecting that trust is fundamental to how we operate. Our people make this possible. We will continue investing in our teams, developing Saudi talent and future leaders, strengthening technical capability and creating an environment where accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement are part of how we work every day.

 As ACGC grows, we must continue strengthening the organization behind that growth. This means investing in governance, systems, technology, operational excellence and leadership capability, while remaining agile and responsive to the evolving needs of our clients.

Looking ahead, our responsibility is clear: to translate ACGC’s strategic direction into consistent execution and measurable results. Working closely with our President, our Board and the wider Asyad Group, we will continue building on the trust earned over more than four decades while preparing ACGC for the opportunities ahead.

For me, success is not measured only by how much ACGC grows, but by the strength of the company we continue to build together—its people, its capabilities, its relationships and its reputation.
