As the Kingdom builds for the future, the measure of success is no longer simply what we construct, but how intelligently we design, operate, maintain and sustain our assets throughout their lifecycle. This is where I believe ACGC has a distinctive role to play.

Our capabilities extend from construction, refurbishment and complex engineering to operations, maintenance, facilities management and physical asset management.This allows us to think beyond individual projects and focus on the entire life of an asset, from concept and delivery to operational readiness, performance, optimization and long-term sustainability.

Our ambition is therefore clear: to evolve from a trusted contractor into an integrated infrastructure and asset-performance partner. Technology will be an important part of that journey. We are strengthening the way we use data, digital systems and intelligent asset-management practices to improve reliability, efficiency, sustainability and decision-making. But technology alone does not create excellence.

It must be combined with experienced people, disciplined execution and a deep understanding of the environments in which our clients operate. Our people remain at the heart of ACGC. We will continue investing in Saudi talent, developing our technical and leadership capabilities, strengthening our partnerships and creating an organization in which knowledge and experience are transferred to the next generation. As part of Asyad Holding, we also have the opportunity to think bigger: combining ACGC’s decades of operational experience with the wider capabilities of the Group to participate in increasingly complex infrastructure, industrial and public-private opportunities across the Kingdom.
